2. Our Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will take the following actions:

Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
Notify the user who posted the content (if applicable) of the removal and provide them with a copy of the DMCA notice.
Document the notice and our response to ensure compliance with DMCA requirements.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. The counter-notification must include:

Send counter-notifications to our Designated Copyright Agent at the contact information provided above. If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content within 10-14 business days, unless the original complainant notifies us of legal action seeking to restrain the restoration.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, BhashanJagat maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted material.

5. Our Commitment to Original Content
